Mahi-Mahi, or Dolphin as it is known in Miami, is meaty fish that sure to quell any hunger. Depending upon the day, Florida restaurants offer all you can eat fish fry-s. Of course, these offerings come with all the fixings! No matter how you prefer your fish, Floridian chefs will oblige. For the adventurer, some of the coastal restaurants will even prepare any fish you caught while on a deep sea fishing expedition. For a small fee, these chefs will cook what you caught. Talk about fresh! The two best things about this coastal state are its scenery and dining.
